Comnatix is hiring a Product Designer to shape how finance teams match, review and close thousands of transactions a day in our payments reconciliation platform.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for the exceptions workflow, from discovery and research to shipped UI.
- Turn dense financial data into clear tables, filters and review flows that controllers trust.
- Run interviews and usability sessions with accountants and finance operations leads.
- Contribute to and help govern our Figma design system with engineering.
- Partner closely with a product manager and four engineers in a small, fast squad.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years designing complex B2B or SaaS products, with a portfolio that shows shipped work.
- Strong interaction design and information design skills for data-heavy screens.
- Fluency in Figma, prototyping and working inside a design system.
- Comfort running your own lightweight research and presenting trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Clear writing and a habit of documenting decisions.
Nice to have: fintech or accounting software experience, accessibility (WCAG 2.2) know-how, basic HTML and CSS. Location: Hybrid, Chicago office two days a week. Work type: Full-time. Salary range: $135,000 to $160,000 plus equity.
