Comnatix is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a book of about 40 mid-market finance teams using our payments reconciliation platform.
What you will do
- Lead onboarding for new customers, from kickoff to their first automated month-end close.
- Own renewals and find expansion opportunities with controllers and CFOs.
- Run quarterly business reviews that tie product usage to hours saved and errors avoided.
- Spot churn risk early using health scores and usage data, and build recovery plans.
- Bring customer feedback to product and engineering with clear, prioritized evidence.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of hitting gross and net revenue retention targets.
- Confidence presenting to finance leaders and handling difficult conversations.
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a customer success tool such as Gainsight or Vitally.
- Organized, calm under pressure, and good at writing clear follow-ups.
Nice to have: background in accounting, finance operations or fintech, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite. Location: Remote (US time zones), with quarterly team weeks in Austin. Work type: Full-time. Salary range: $95,000 to $115,000 base plus variable.
