What Spark Hire offers
Spark Hire's home page describes three products: an applicant tracking system, one-way video interviews ("screen candidates on-demand with no scheduling") and a behavioral assessment. Its pricing page shows the video interview plans include unlimited live and one-way video interviews, with AI features such as transcription in more than 50 languages, automatic summaries of candidate responses and scoring of submissions against key factors. The ATS plans add AI resume review, AI-suggested screening questions, AI summaries of one-way interviews and more, on annual contracts. The site says more than 10,000 organizations have used Spark Hire and lists integrations with over 100 providers.
What Infyva offers
Infyva replaces the camera with a voice interview. Nova speaks each question, the candidate answers in their own words in the browser, and each answer is recorded and transcribed on its own. Scoring happens at report time against the job's competencies, with a written explanation for each score. A competency score cannot sit more than 15 points above the answer it cites. Integrity notes, such as leaving the tab mid-answer or pasting, sit on the answer they happened on, so you can play it back. The team works in a six-stage pipeline and shares reports with hiring managers by link.
Where Spark Hire is stronger
- Video, if you need it. When on-camera presence is part of the job, a video answer shows it. Infyva does not score video.
- Live interviews in the same tool. Spark Hire includes live video interviews. Infyva does not run live interviews.
- A full ATS. Spark Hire Recruit is a complete applicant tracking system with offers, e-signature and approvals. Infyva's pipeline is simpler and focused on the interview.
- Unlimited interviews at a flat price. At high, steady volume, a flat plan can cost less than per-interview pricing.
- Integrations and languages. 100+ integrations and transcription in 50+ languages, against Infyva's smaller list.
Where Infyva may fit better
- Less to watch. Reviewers read scores and reasoning, then listen only to the answers that matter, instead of watching every video.
- Lower pressure for candidates. No camera is needed to answer, and scores ignore appearance, accent and tone of voice.
- Questions written for you. Paste a job description and get role-specific questions, rather than writing and recording a set for every job.
- Integrity evidence. Each flag is tied to a moment in a specific answer.
- A free start. 10 interviews free with no card, and monthly plans from $49 with no annual contract required.
Who should choose which
Choose Spark Hire if you want video, if your team will watch the interviews anyway, or if you want an ATS and assessments from the same vendor. Choose Infyva if you want each applicant to get a structured, scored interview that your team can review in minutes, and if you would rather not ask candidates to go on camera for a first round. Our AI interview software guide compares the formats in more detail.
