These terms cover the text messages in the Infyva interview notifications program. Infyva sends them for the hiring companies that use Infyva to run interviews, only to people who agreed to get texts about their job application.
1. The program
Infyva interview notifications are texts about a job application you made with a company that uses Infyva. The hiring company is named in each message. You join the program when you agree to texts about your application, for example by ticking the text box on a company's careers page application form and replying YES to the text that follows, by ticking it on an interview booking page, or by telling the hiring company, which records your agreement. Agreeing is never a condition of applying or of taking an interview: everything also comes by email.
2. What we send
- Interview invitations with the link to your interview
- Booking links to pick an interview time
- Reminders before a scheduled interview
- Missed-call notices when we could not reach you for a phone interview
- PIN and verification codes for a phone interview
- Short yes or no screening questions about the job, when the hiring company uses them
Messages are about your application only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts in this program.
3. How often
Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per interview. We do not text during quiet hours in your time zone.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Infyva and the hiring company do not charge you for these texts. Check your mobile plan for the rates your carrier charges.
5. Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You get one text confirming it and no more messages from that number. Opting out does not affect your application; the company can still reach you by email.
- Reply START to opt back in.

6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone's signal and settings.
7. Your number and your consent
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing. We use your number only to send the messages in this program for the hiring company you applied to, and we keep a record of when and how you agreed and of any STOP. How we handle your number and messages, and how long we keep them, is set out in our privacy policy and the candidate privacy notice.
8. Changes
If these terms change we post the new version here with its date.
