What Hireflix offers

Hireflix focuses on one thing: asynchronous video interviews. You build an interview once, with video or text questions, per-question thinking and answer times and optional retakes, and invite candidates by link. They record their answers when it suits them, with no app to install and no account. Your team reviews, rates and comments, and can share responses by link without a login. Every plan includes automatic transcriptions, custom intro and outro videos, white labeling, bulk and individual invites by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and multiple languages.

Pricing is published. Small, for companies with fewer than 50 employees, is $75 a month billed yearly, and Medium, for 50 to 250 employees, is $150 a month billed yearly. Both include unlimited seats, positions and interview responses, with a one-month free trial. A custom plan is priced by contact. The site lists 16 named ATS integrations, Zapier and Make connections, a GraphQL API with webhooks, and says it is SOC 2 compliant, with SSO and audit logs.

What Infyva offers

Infyva does one part of the job: the first-round interview. Nova, our AI interviewer, asks each question aloud and the candidate answers in their own words, in the browser, when it suits them. By default every candidate for a job gets the same editable set of questions, written from the job description. Each answer is recorded, transcribed and scored against the job's competencies with written reasoning. A report with fewer than three answers says there is not enough evidence to recommend a next step.

For a real-time conversation with follow-up questions, the Live AI interview is a voice call with an on-screen interviewer, included on every paid plan at 0.5 credit a minute. Technical roles can add a Vibe coding round on Pro and Enterprise. Integrity notes are tied to the answer they happened on, hiring managers open a share link without an account, and candidates move through a six-stage pipeline. Faces, emotions, accent and tone of voice are not scored.

Where Hireflix is stronger

• Flat price at volume. Unlimited interview responses and seats at $75 or $150 a month. Infyva charges in credits, so a very high number of interviews costs more.
• Candidate reach. Invites go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Infyva sends email invites.
• ATS coverage. 16 named integrations against Infyva's Lever, Ashby and Workable (Pro and Enterprise), plus 30+ more through an integration partner (Enterprise).
• Simplicity. Hireflix describes its focus as user-friendly one-way interviews. If you want to watch every candidate yourself, it does that well.
• SOC 2. It states SOC 2 compliance. Infyva has no SOC 2 yet.

Where Infyva may fit better

• Every answer scored. Infyva scores each answer against the job's competencies with written reasoning, so you can sort candidates before you watch anything.
• Consistent questions. Nova asks the same editable set of questions of every candidate, aloud, in a proper interview flow.
• A real-time option. The Live AI interview (every paid plan, 0.5 credit a minute) asks follow-up questions in the moment.
• Technical roles. A Vibe coding round on Pro and Enterprise shows the code and how a candidate used an AI assistant.

The two also differ in what comes back after the interview. With one-way video, the output is a set of recordings and transcripts for your team to watch, rate and discuss. With Infyva, the output is a report: a score for each answer against the job's competencies, the reasoning behind it, the recording, and any integrity notes tied to the answer they happened on. Hiring managers can open the report through a share link without an account. If your team enjoys watching videos and wants the lowest flat fee, the first is enough. If you would rather start from a ranked list, the second saves time.

Questions to ask before you choose

• How many interviews will you run? A flat $75 or $150 a month is hard to beat if you run a lot. If you run a few, paying per interview can cost less.
• Who reviews the videos, and how long does it take? One-way video moves the work to your team. Scores and reasoning move part of it back.
• Do you need follow-up questions? A recorded video interview asks the same questions in the same order. Infyva's Live AI interview asks follow-ups in real time.
• Do you need Vibe coding rounds for technical roles? Infyva's Vibe coding round (Pro and Enterprise) is built for technical roles. Hireflix does not describe one.

How Infyva's pricing works in practice: everything is paid in credits. An AI interview or a Vibe coding round uses 1 credit, and a Live AI interview uses 0.5 credit a minute. Sending an invite holds the credit, and you're only charged once the candidate gives a real answer. If they never start, the credit comes back. Monthly credits do not roll over, and top-ups never expire. Seats and jobs are unlimited on every plan.

Who should choose which

If your team wants to watch every video itself and you run many interviews, Hireflix is simple and its flat price is hard to beat at volume. If you would rather have each answer scored and summarized before you spend your time, with a recording behind every score, Infyva is worth a trial.
