What Paradox offers
Paradox's site describes conversational software for hiring, led by its assistant Olivia. The product list includes a conversational ATS, a candidate experience agent that sits beside your existing system of record, career site tools, and modules for scheduling, applying, CRM and events. It also lists screening, video interviewing, offers, onboarding, referrals and surveys. Paradox says Olivia can detect 100+ languages and translates messages for candidates.
For integrations, the site names Workday (with candidate SMS and automated interview scheduling inside Workday), SAP SuccessFactors and Indeed Apply, and says Olivia connects to other systems through direct integrations and an open API. Its security page lists ISO 27001 and an independent SOC 2 Type II audit, and says it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Pricing is not published. The site groups offerings by company type (global enterprise, mid-sized business, franchise) and points to a demo request.
Paradox's customer stories are aimed at high-volume hiring. They are the vendor's own figures and we have not checked them, so we do not repeat them here.
What Infyva offers
Infyva does one part of the funnel: the first-round interview. Nova, our AI interviewer, asks each question aloud and the candidate answers in their own words, in the browser, when it suits them. By default every candidate for a job gets the same editable set of questions, written from the job description. Each answer is recorded, transcribed and scored against the job's competencies with written reasoning. A report with fewer than three answers says there is not enough evidence to recommend a next step.
For a conversation with follow-up questions, the Live AI interview is a real-time voice call with an on-screen interviewer, included on every paid plan at 0.5 credit a minute. Technical roles can add a Vibe coding round on Pro and Enterprise. Integrity notes are tied to the answer they happened on, and hiring managers open a share link without an account. Faces, emotions, accent and tone of voice are not scored.
Where Paradox is stronger
- The whole front of the funnel. Applying, screening, scheduling, events and a conversational ATS in one product. Infyva starts once the candidate is ready to be interviewed.
- High-volume, shift-based hiring. Paradox is built around chat and text conversations with large numbers of applicants. Infyva sends email invites and runs a full interview, which is a heavier step.
- Language reach. Olivia can detect 100+ languages. Infyva supports 20 languages.
- Integrations and attestations. Enterprise HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, plus ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Infyva has neither certification yet. Infyva connects directly to Lever, Ashby and Workable, and reaches Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and others through its integration partner on Enterprise.
Where Infyva may fit better
- A real interview, not a chat. The candidate answers real questions in their own voice, and you hear the answer behind every score.
- Evidence behind every number. Each score links to the recording and the reasoning, so a hiring manager can check it in minutes.
- Pricing you can read. A 14-day Pro trial, then $39 a month for 30 credits or $149 for 150, where 1 credit is 1 AI interview. Seats and jobs are unlimited, and you're only charged once a candidate actually answers.
- Technical roles. A Vibe coding round shows the code a candidate wrote with an AI coding assistant, and how they used it.
Questions to ask before you choose
The two products overlap less than most pairs on this site, so the useful questions are about your funnel, not a feature list.
- Where do you lose candidates today: before they apply, between applying and a conversation, or after the first screen? Paradox is aimed at the first two. Infyva is aimed at the third.
- Do your candidates expect to text? For hourly roles, a chat can feel easier than a link to an interview. A spoken interview asks more of the candidate and gives you more back.
- What does your ATS already do? Paradox lists a conversational ATS. If you already have one, a tool that sits beside it may be all you need.
- What will procurement ask for? Paradox lists ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Infyva does not have either yet, so check this before a pilot.
How Infyva's pricing works in practice: everything is paid in credits. An AI interview or a Vibe coding round uses 1 credit, and a Live AI interview uses 0.5 credit a minute. Sending an invite holds the credit, and you're only charged once the candidate gives a real answer. If they never start, the credit comes back. Monthly credits do not roll over, and top-ups never expire. Seats and jobs are unlimited on every plan.
Who should choose which
If you hire hourly or franchise staff at high volume and want one assistant to handle applying, screening and scheduling by text, Paradox is built for that and Infyva is not a replacement. If you already have an ATS and a way to collect applicants, and what you need is a structured, scored first-round interview with evidence a hiring manager can check, Infyva is worth a trial. The two can also sit side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Is Paradox an AI interview tool?
Not mainly. Paradox describes a conversational hiring platform built around its assistant, Olivia, with modules for applying, screening, scheduling, a conversational ATS, onboarding and more. Video interviewing is one of the modules its site lists. Infyva does one job: it runs the interview and scores it.
Does Paradox publish its prices?
No. Its pricing page shows no plans or dollar amounts, only a demo request, as of October 31, 2026. Infyva publishes its prices: a 14-day Pro trial, then $39 a month for 30 credits or $149 a month for 150.
Can I use Infyva alongside Paradox?
Possibly, if Paradox handles applying and scheduling and you want a structured interview for the shortlist. Infyva has no direct integration with Paradox. Interview reports can be shared by link, and Lever, Ashby and Workable connect directly on Pro and Enterprise.
